</p><p>1.      Excellent in Korean Communication Skills – Verbal, Reading, and Writing. <br></p><p>2.      Looking for a stable and long term assignment. <br></p><p>3.      Willing to take inbound and make outbound calls as well as sending out emails to customers and client. <br></p><p>4.      Work days – Monday to Friday. Weekly Offs – Saturday and Sunday. <br></p><p>5.      Working hours – 5.00 am IST to 4.30 pm IST. 9 hour shift including 1 hour break in this time window.
 
Process Description:
Lost and Found Baggage Process for International Airlines. Receiving Inbound Calls from customers, creating files. Making Outbound calls to Airlines, tracing status of the lost baggage. Making Outbound Calls to Customers updating the status of their Baggage. Sending out emails. <br></p><p>Salary Bracket :
25K to 50K per month depending upon experience and skillset. <br></p><p>Other Perks if applicable: Provident Fund, Individual Health Insurance, Cab Pick and Drop Facility within certain limits.</p><p>Contact person:
